Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We are only able to ship to New Zealand addresses due to export restrictions. If you're placing an order from outside New Zealand, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 For most product orders, the estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days. If your order is placed before 3:30 PM on a regular business day, we will make every effort to dispatch it on the same day.If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will inform you promptly and provide an estimated delivery time frame. Please note that delivery timelines may depend on third-party providers, and in such cases, the timeframe could change without prior notice. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

 Our standard shipping rate is $7.50 incl. GST; however, it may vary depending on the volume or weight of the ordered items. Click and Collect is also available, so if you'd like to arrange a pickup, please contact us directly.
